About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast-scaling Fintech brand shaking up a traditional industry with a genuinely fresh offering, one that's changing how everyday Australians access a well-established financial product.
Backed by an ASX listed partner company, early traction has been strong and now they're ready to level up the commercial engine behind their next phase of growth. That's where you come in.
This newly created Sales Enablement Manager role puts you right in the mix, reporting directly to the General Manager and working across the business to shape how partners and sales teams win in market.
If you're hungry for a role with real scope and sick of being one of many voices in the room, this is your chance to actually build something rather than just maintain it.
You'll own go-to-market strategy end to end, turning big-picture commercial goals into sharp, practical tools that people actually use.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building go-to-market plans for new sales channels, partner initiatives and product launches — nailing the audience, the value proposition, the key messages and how you'll measure success
- Creating slick partner-facing decks, insight packs and chance assessments for everyone from financiers, referral partners, automotive dealers and manufacturers
- Teaming up with Sales and Partnerships to sniff out performance gaps and channel opportunities, then turning that insight into action
- Building out playbooks, templates and enablement tools that make life easier for the whole team and set future campaigns up for success
- Taking complex, cross-functional information and turning it into messaging that's clear,
punchy and easy for partners and stakeholders to act on
- Working closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology and Analytics — you'll get exposure to just about every corner of the business
- Spotting the gaps in current go-to-market material and being the one who steps up to fix them
What You'll Bring
- Experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, product marketing, partnerships or commercial strategy
- Experience pulling together partner decks, sales collateral, campaign briefs or commercial presentations
- Commercial instincts, with a good handle on value propositions, sales funnels and partner channels
- A collaborative streak, you genuinely enjoy working across teams and building relationships with people outside your immediate patch
- A knack for taking something complicated and making it simple, whether that's for a sales rep or a senior exec
- Bonus points for exposure to Fintech, SaaS, financial services, automotive, leasing or partner-led distribution
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications or similar) is a plus, not a must
