The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading from the front—managing daily sales activity, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent delivery of results through direct, face-to-face sales campaigns.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading and managing a direct sales team
- Driving daily and weekly sales performance targets
- Conducting face-to-face sales presentations
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Overseeing training of new staff
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing performance strategies




- Maintaining strong client relationships and brand standards

- Minimum 1 year experience as a sales manager
