We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform best practices, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura

- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation

- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using CI/CD best practices

- Ensure data security, governance,



and compliance with Salesforce standards

- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance optimization

- Prepare technical documentation and support user training when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce

- Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)

- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and data migration

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II) – preferred

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
