Sales Representative – Irrigation & Water Solutions

Country Water Solutions is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at our specialist irrigation store in Davenport. We are the Bunbury Irrigear specialists — locally owned and operated experts in pumping, irrigation, filtration and water management, serving residential, commercial and agricultural customers across the South West.

About the Role

This is a full-time position focused on delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor and supporting the smooth running of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers to find the right products on the sales floor
- Answering customer questions about product features, advantages and suitability
- Processing transactions using point-of-sale software
- Walking the sales floor each shift to note and recommend pricing or spatial improvements
- Staying up to date with current promotions
- Identifying products that need replenishing and coordinating with the Sales Manager to restock




- Resetting the sales floor to visual standards at the end of each day

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:
- A positive, can-do attitude and solid customer service focus
- Experience in the irrigation or water industry (highly regarded)
- Reliability, good organisation and the ability to work as part of a small team
- Willingness to work occasional Saturday shifts during busy periods

Hours & Pay

- Full-time: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
- Rate: $30 – $35 per hour depending on experience
- Occasional Saturday shifts required during peak seasons
