We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join us at our dealership in Penrith. To be successful in this role you must have a passion for motorcycles and have automotive sales experience.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this position is responsible for providing superior customer service in our rapid-paced showroom.
Your Responsibilities:
- Use ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers by building strong relationships.
- Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk-ins.
- Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team and F&I; team.
- Diligence in following up on all customer paperwork, with strong attention to detail.
- Consistently keeping up to date with products and trends in the motorcycle industry.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of previous experience in an automotive sales role.
- Must be authorised to work in Australia.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Technical knowledge relating to motorcycles is preferred.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Unrestricted motorcycle license MANDATORY
