Role: Salesforce Architect

Type: Full time – Perm or Contract

Location: Sydney

Status: AU valid visa with full work rights

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Ability to design and integrate CRM solutions to support business processes and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, delivery partners, and business stakeholders.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Proven experience preparing and presenting solution designs, architecture artefacts, and recommendations to governance forums.
- Experience supporting and contributing to internal assurance and compliance activities, including:
- Cyber Security Assessments




- Records Management Assessments
- Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
- Strong experience in Oracle database design, implementation, optimisation, and migration.
- Knowledge of database modernisation and migration best practices.
- Experience defining and implementing data architecture solutions, including data modelling, integration, governance, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of data management principles and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
