Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Program Architect with robust expertise in Salesforce architecture and Agentforce to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce architecture and technical strategy across large programs.
- Design scalable Salesforce and Agentforce-powered AI solutions.




- Define integration, data, security, and platform architecture.
- Work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture governance across Salesforce workstreams.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and Agentforce capabilities.

Experience

- 12+ years overall IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture experience.
- Proven experience leading complex Salesforce transformation programs.
- Strong Agentforce implementation/architecture experience.
- Salesforce Architecture certifications are highly desirable.
