Role Description The SAP Lead Business Objects Data role is a full time, on-site position based in Canberra to support a major Australian Government ICT environment, leading the design, development and modernisation of data visualisation, reporting and business intelligence solutions.
The role will provide technical leadership across SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI and related reporting platforms , supporting the migration, modernisation and continuous improvement of reporting and visualisation assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing dashboards, reports and visualisation solutions
- SAP BusinessObjects Universes, WebI reports and reporting frameworks
- Power BI Report Server / Power BI Service
- Data engineering and visualisation solutions
- SQL, Cloudera Data Lake and Teradata EDW
- Release, deployment and production support
- Data governance, security, performance and quality assurance
- Working with business and technical stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring and capability uplift
