Role focus: The role provides strategic leadership across multiple technology workstreams including SAP S/4HANA, i.Pharmacy, data migration, testing, systems integration, architecture, cutover, release management and transition to operations. Acting as the Senior Supplier delivery lead, the position coordinates multidisciplinary delivery teams, vendors and technical specialists to ensure the successful implementation of a future-state enterprise solution.

The role is responsible for establishing delivery governance, managing project performance, financial management, risk and assurance, stakeholder engagement and technical integration while ensuring alignment with Queensland Health enterprise architecture, release management, cybersecurity and operational support requirements.

Experience:

- Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of large-scale, complex business transformation projects including responsibility for project governance, delivery planning, financial management,



risk management and multidisciplinary technical teams (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise application implementations across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, build, testing, deployment, cutover and transition to operations (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including executive governance forums, business representatives, vendors and technical delivery teams (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, external suppliers and delivery performance within a structured project governance framework (mandatory).
- Experience working within health, pharmaceutical, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management environments, coupled with proven delivery of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations in complex government or large-scale organisational settings, is highly desirable.
