Role Summary

Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes, candidate experience, career site management, and integrations while ensuring alignment with organizational talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SuccessFactors RCM and RMK.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Configure requisitions, candidate applications, talent pipelines, career sites, and recruiting workflows.
- Manage RMK career site builder (CSB), content pages, and candidate experience improvements.
- Support integrations with job boards, onboarding,



and third-party recruitment platforms.
- Conduct workshops, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Mentor junior consultants and act as the primary SME for recruiting solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong expertise in RCM and RMK.
- Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Career Site Builder (CSB), candidate workflows, and recruiting best practices.
- Experience with integration and data migration activities.
- SuccessFactors RCM/RMK certification preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred: Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding, IAS/IPS, and Recruiting integrations.
