Integ Scaffolding is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our growing team, with ongoing work across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused workers who take pride in their work and can work effectively as part of a team. We have opportunities available for both full-time and casual Scaffolders, with consistent ongoing work available.
We are also seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Supervisor to take on additional responsibility and help oversee scaffold crews and projects.
What you'll be doing
- Safely erect, dismantle and modify scaffolding structures in accordance with project requirements
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
- Load, unload and handle scaffolding materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe worksite
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members and other site personnel
- For the Leading Hand / Supervisor role, assist with coordinating crews and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working as a Scaffolder
- Relevant scaffolding experience and skills across Basic, Intermediate,
Advanced levels
- Current High Risk Work Licence
- Current White Card
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Leading Hand / Supervisor
We are particularly interested in experienced Scaffolders looking to take the next step into a Leading Hand / Supervisor position. The successful candidate will have strong scaffolding experience, good leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate a team while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
