The one who can read a scaffold design, organise a crew, keep work moving and still have an eye on safety, productivity and quality.

We're looking for an experienced Scaffold Supervisor to join our Industrial & Energy team in a casual capacity . This role is hands-on, site-based and ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front while mentoring crews and delivering work to a high standard.

You'll be responsible for coordinating scaffold teams, managing daily work fronts and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.

What you'll do

- Lead and supervise scaffold crews across maintenance and project works
- Coordinate labour, equipment and resources to meet daily work plans
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety leadership activities
- Monitor productivity, quality and progress onsite
- Support and mentor scaffolders to build capability and team performance
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors and site leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with all sites, safety and quality requirements
- Maintain accurate records, timesheets and work documentation

What we're looking for

- Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
- Minimum 5 years' experience in scaffolding or industrial maintenance environments
- Previous experience leading scaffold crews on complex projects
- Strong understanding of Layer Scaffold systems and scaffold erection requirements
- Working at Heights, Confined Space and White/Blue Card
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build respect within crews
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
