Role Description The Scrum Master role at DISTRIBUTION Frisson par MONEL is a part-time remote position focused on facilitating agile practices within cross-functional teams. In this role, the Scrum Master guides sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives. The position involves coaching team members on Scrum frameworks, refining user stories with stakeholders, and removing impediments that hinder progress.

The Scrum

Master collaborates with product owners and software development teams to improve workflow, enhance communication, and support continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

Robust knowledge of agile methodologies with proven experience in Sprint Planning and managing Scrum ceremonies.

Ability to work with User Stories, including refinement, prioritization, and translating business needs into actionable tasks.





Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to identify bottlenecks and support data-informed decisions.

Clear and effective Communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and align diverse stakeholders.

Understanding of Software Development processes and collaboration with technical teams.

Prior experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile project coordination role; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part time hours effectively, and coordinate across time zones when needed.

Fluency in English; French language skills are an asset.

Familiarity with common agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) and basic knowledge of wholesale or distribution environments is beneficial.
