In this role, you'll:
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the team on a fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of important data, platform and integration initiatives across TfNSW.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help teams work effectively, remove roadblocks and keep delivery moving forward in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You'll work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, project managers and stakeholders to plan work, manage priorities and support the successful delivery of outcomes.
You'll play a key role in embedding Agile practices, facilitating team ceremonies and helping teams continuously improve the way they work. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships across business and technology teams and help ensure projects stay aligned to broader organisational goals.

About You
You thrive on helping teams succeed and enjoy creating an setting where people can do their best work.
You have previous experience as a Scrum Master within a large and complex organisation and understand how to balance Agile ways of working with the realities of enterprise delivery.
You bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills and are comfortable working with a wide range of people,
from technical teams through to senior leaders.
You enjoy solving problems, navigating competing priorities and finding practical solutions that keep delivery on track.
You're experienced in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs and supporting teams through the full delivery lifecycle.
You have a solid understanding of software development practices and have ideally worked on data, integration or platform-related projects.
You enjoy coaching and mentoring others, helping teams grow in confidence, capability and Agile maturity.
Your ability to build relationships, influence outcomes and work collaboratively across multiple teams will be key to your success in this role.
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications or bring equivalent professional experience.
