Security Officers – Licensed Venues & Events

Crown Risk Solutions is seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our Licensed Venues team across South-West Sydney, Camden and Campbelltown.

Please note: This is not a static security role. We are specifically seeking applicants interested in licensed venue and event security.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Providing professional customer service and venue security
- Monitoring risks and responding to incidents
- Managing conflict and challenging situations
- Working effectively as part of a team or independently
- Maintaining a safe, qualified, and welcoming environment

Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence – Class 1A
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current RSA Certificate




- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Professional presentation and customer service skills
- Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Full working rights in Australia
