Senior Account Manager - Influencer Marketing | Consumer Health

Sydney | Hybrid, 2 days WFH | $100k-$110k + super + bonus

We’re partnering with a growing independent agency looking for a hands-on Senior Account Manager to lead influencer and integrated campaigns across two established brands in the Early Life Nutrition category, alongside projects spanning fitness and wellness.

This is an prospect for someone who understands that marketing in a regulated category needs to be both creatively engaging and carefully considered.

You’ll manage a busy portfolio of always-on influencer activity, campaigns, content and activations, supported by a small account team. The clients move quickly, so you’ll need to bring calm, structure and confidence to the relationship.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead the day-to-day relationship across two major consumer health brands.
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects concurrently.
- Deliver influencer and creator programs from selection and briefing through to contracting, content approvals, execution and reporting.
- Work across social, influencer and content, with additional exposure to PR, events and experiential activity.
- Coordinate content shoots, creator partnerships and brand activations.
- Build clear processes around briefs, timelines, approvals and sign-off.
- Confidently manage changing requirements, reverse briefs and scope.
- Track campaign performance and turn results into useful client recommendations.
- Mentor and support junior account team members.
- Collaborate with strategy, insights, creative and specialist teams.

What you’ll bring

- Strong agency account-management experience at Senior Account Manager level.




- Hands-on experience delivering influencer or creator campaigns for recognised consumer brands.
- Experience across parenting, family, nutrition, health, wellness, beauty, FMCG or another regulated category would be highly relevant.
- Confidence managing multiple clients, campaigns and competing deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian influencer and social landscape.
- Experience working with talent managers, creators and production partners.
- Commercial awareness across budgets, scope, timelines and resources.
- The confidence to challenge a brief or reset expectations when necessary.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly around approvals and regulated content.

Direct Early Life Nutrition experience would be valuable, but it isn’t essential. We’re equally interested in people who understand how to communicate responsibly within health, wellness, parenting or other regulated consumer categories. Why consider it?
