The Person We're Looking For

Someone who

- Has 3-4 years agency experience
- Has worked across brand digital, websites, integrated media, content, social, influencers
- Understands digital media including SEM, AEO/GEO, paid social
- AI literate with robust discernment and taste.
- Learns quickly and thinks critically.
- Has excellent commercial instincts.
- Loves solving problems and finding opportunities.
- Is proactive and reactive.
- Is highly organised and thrives on juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Knows when to lead and when to bring in specialist expertise.
- Communicates with confidence and clarity.
- Has exceptionally high standards.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and bringing out the best themselves and in others.
