What the job actually looks like

- Compliance you can do in your sleep – Review & lodge tax returns, BAS and year-end accounts—mostly prepared by a junior under your wing.
- Client-facing delivery – Co-run AGM, Tax Planning & Family Wealth meetings with your Manager/Partner; become first point of contact for ~40 SMEs.
- Advisory exposure – Help scope, price and deliver projects—structuring, valuations, profit boosts, cash-flow acceleration—using our proven frameworks.
- Sales skill-up – Learn our “Strategy Call → Inspire Family” process; start converting warm leads and watch your own book (and bonus) grow.
- Team leadership – Coach a Junior Accountant (plus offshore preparers) and keep quality high with support from our dedicated internal reviewer.

What makes you a great fit

- 3-4 + years in public practice, confident with Xero and business-compliance basics.
- Progressing through CA (or recently finished); we pay the fees and give study leave.




- Clear communicator who loves turning tax chat into plain-English advice.
- The kind of person who spots a problem early, owns the fix and brings the team with them.
- Ambitious—see yourself stepping up to Manager in 12–24 months and Partner beyond that.
