Job Title –Senior Architect – AI, Agentic Automation & Intelligent Platforms

What Role You Will Play In Team Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead architecture, innovation, and platform transformation initiatives across AI, Automation, BPM, or Low-Code/No-Code ecosystems.
This role will serve as a key technology leader responsible for defining enterprise architecture strategies, driving AI-enabled modernization programs, and shaping the future of Agentic Business Automation. The architect will bridge traditional workflow and BPM solutions with emerging AI-native and multi-agent architectures, helping clients accelerate business outcomes through intelligent automation.
The role requires deep expertise across large-scale enterprise systems, cloud-native architectures, workflow orchestration platforms, AI technologies, and digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define architecture and modernization strategies across BPM, workflow automation, AI, and enterprise integration domains.
- Design enterprise-grade solutions combining BPM workflows with Agentic AI and intelligent decisioning capabilities.
- Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and governance standards for enterprise adoption.
- Drive innovation initiatives around Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, AI-assisted engineering, and intelligent automation.
- Support strategic pursuits, solution shaping, architecture assessments, and executive client workshops.
- Mentor architects and engineers while fostering engineering excellence and innovation.
- Remain actively involved in architecture reviews, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and technical problem solving.

- An exceptional communicator who can influence CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams alike.
- Passionate about innovation, reusable IP creation, and building market-leading AI-enabled transformation capabilities.
Experience
- 15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
- Significant experience with Appian-led enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven experience in AI, Intelligent Automation, or Agentic AI initiatives.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience.
- Track record of leading architecture for large-scale modernization programs.
