Join a team where your input will be truly valued Based from Parramatta but with hybrid working available EA 13 (38 hours) $140,108.04 + super About the role Sydney Water is seeking a Senior Asset Information Management Process Specialist to provide continuous improvement of asset information management processes that support our Asset Management System (AMS) and Asset Information System (AIS). You will work across the organisation to improve how asset information is governed, managed and used, delivering better business outcomes through process optimisation, stakeholder engagement and effective information management practices Experience with delivering process automation and initiatives for AI is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities Lead business process improvement initiatives across asset information management. Analyse existing business processes and recommend automation improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort. Analyse, design and implement processes that improve the quality and management of asset information.

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions. Develop business requirements to support digital application improvements. Drive change management activities and promote adoption of improved ways of working.

Measure outcomes and benefits to ensure continuous improvement initiatives deliver value. About you You will bring tertiary qualifications in Information Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), along with: Experience in asset information management, governance and business process improvement. Strong process mapping, workflow analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.





Experience gathering business requirements and implementing practical solutions. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or BPM.
