: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assess downstream impacts of transformation initiatives on Customer Production and Support. The role involves defining business requirements, supporting Agile delivery teams, and driving business readiness through impact assessments, process design, documentation, training, communications, UAT, BPIV, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct impact assessments of transformation initiatives to identify downstream impacts on Customer Production and Support.
- Use API integration knowledge within the Banking domain to support impact assessments.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, business requirements,



acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps.
- Support business readiness and change management activities.
- Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Review training materials and support training delivery.
- Prepare and coordinate business communications.
- Plan and execute UAT , including test scenarios, test cases, defect management, and business sign-off.
- Support BPIV and end-to-end testing to validate business outcomes and operational readiness.
- Analyse risks, dependencies, and operational impacts and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Teams, and Change Managers.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and improved customer and operational outcomes.
