What Will You Be Doing?

As our Senior Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you'll play a key leadership role across the dealership by:

- Leading, supporting and developing our team of Business Managers
- Assisting customers with tailored finance, insurance and leasing solutions
- Ensuring all finance and insurance transactions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Monitoring finance performance and profitability across the department
- Producing reports and forecasts on finance and insurance outcomes
- Maintaining strong relationships with lending and insurance partners
- Working closely with New and Used Vehicle Sales teams to maximise opportunities
- Driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Facilitating team meetings, coaching and ongoing development programs
- Managing Business Manager scheduling and departmental coverage
- Supporting dealership initiatives and promoting Toyota products and services
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contract tracking systems




- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance and customer outcomes
- Acting as a role model for dealership values and professional standards

What You Will Bring

- Proven success within an automotive Finance & Insurance position
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and vehicle finance products
- Sound knowledge of responsible lending obligations and compliance requirements
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused approach
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Experience using dealership and Microsoft Office systems
- The ability to motivate, coach and influence others

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience in a senior or leadership F&I; position
- Experience mentoring or managing Business Managers
- Toyota dealership experience
- Demonstrated success achieving finance penetration and profitability targets
