We are looking for a Business Analyst to help turn an audit into a transparent, enterprise change program.

Activities

- Clarify scope and business outcomes

- Confirm what the initiative must achieve across declarations of interest, outside work, conflict-management plans, annual attestations, training, screening, reporting and audit closure.
- Translate accepted audit recommendations into clear business outcomes and deliverables.

- Map current-state processes
- Document how declarations are currently captured, reviewed, stored, escalated and reported.
- Identify gaps, duplication, manual workarounds, unclear ownership and fragmented processes across People and Culture, Research, Finance, Risk, Procurement, GSU, ITU and Workday.





- Define target-state processes
- Design future workflows for initial declarations, updates, annual attestations, nil returns, supervisor review, conflict-management plans, escalation, register maintenance and reporting.
- Confirm where interim manual controls are needed if system capability is delayed.

- Elicit and document business requirements
- Support cohort and pathway analysis
- Analyse data, integrations and reporting needs
- Support solution assessment
- Manage dependencies and traceability
- Prepare implementation artefacts
- Support change and adoption
