The Guildford Espresso is an independent coffee shop operated by more than a decade of experienced chefs and baristas. TG Espresso is located in the heart of Guildford. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chef, to join our dynamic team to provide an excellent service in our Guildford Café.

The Role

The position will report to the Director and the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 Ensuring timely, high-quality preparation of food and prompt client services;

 Rotating stock, ordering and maintaining food stock, food portion control, waste management, and stock purchase (receipt and storage);

 Able to handle equipment, appliances, small wares, supplies, and tools effectively and as per requirements.

 Adhering to the guidelines of the food safety program

About the applicant





 Effective interpersonal and communication skills;

 At least 3 years experience in a chef’s position;

 High standard of food and personal hygiene

 A Safety-first approach is essential.

Salary: AUD $30 per hour plus superannuation
