Senior Contracts Administrator | $300M Landmark Mixed-Use Development

Lead the Commercial Delivery of One of Sydney's Largest Mixed-Use Projects A well-established developer builder is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the delivery team on a $300M landmark mixed-use development in Sydney.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a technically challenging project featuring six levels of basement excavation , high-rise residential, retail and commercial components, while working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.

The Project

The Role Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of the project, including:

- Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
- Cost planning, forecasting and monthly reporting
- Managing progress claims, variations and subcontractor accounts
- Contract administration across all trade packages
- Supporting programme outcomes through commercial management




- Working closely with the site and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

About You

- 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator.
- Proven experience delivering projects with a head contractor or developer builder .
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge across Design & Construct projects.
- Experience on projects valued at $100M+ is highly regarded.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
