We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join the client’s commercial and development team on a long‑term contract, supporting cost governance, supplier engagement and project controls across one of the fastest‑growing sectors in the country. Lead cost planning, cost reporting and cost governance across major capital works.





Manage cost estimates, budgets, forecasts and financial modelling for hyperscale development.

Review, challenge and validate supplier pricing, variations, claims and commercial submissions.

Maintain cost registers, dashboards and project controls documentation with high accuracy.

Support procurement strategy, tender evaluation and commercial negotiations.

Coordinate workflows between client teams, suppliers, consultants and contractors.

Prepare clear, high‑quality commercial documentation, reports and presentations.

Drive consistency, discipline and transparency across cost processes and commercial governance.

About

You

Senior Cost Manager or Cost Engineer with experience in infrastructure, data centers, utilities or large‑scale construction.

Strong capability in cost planning, estimating, forecasting and financial modelling.

Confident communicator able to manage suppliers, challenge assumptions and maintain strong relationships.

Highly organized, process‑driven and comfortable managing multiple workflows.

Skilled in cost systems, registers, dashboards and commercial reporting tools.

Able to produce polished, client‑ready documentation with clarity and precision.
