About the role This is an opportunity to be part of something special. We’re looking for an experienced engineer from Senior level through to Associate who wants to play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure where reliability, resilience and innovation are essential.

You’ll join a highly collaborative, well-established team with a strong pipeline of landmark projects and the backing of a global consultancy. In this role, you will Lead project delivery across multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, budgets and key deliverables

Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes

Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to the overall capability of the team

Lead small to medium design projects and contribute to larger, complex programmes

Drive technical excellence, efficiency and quality across all project work Key Responsibilities Lead design and delivery of electrical systems

Collaborate with our HV Power and Energy team to develop detailed documentation

Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, ICT and architecture

Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, client requirements and defence specifications

Deliver complex electrical solutions for data centres including redundancy and resilience strategies

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timely delivery What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent





Significant experience in building services consulting (typically 7+ years)

Proven expertise in design and mission critical infrastructure

Track record delivering large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Aviation, Defence or Transport

Solid knowledge of power distribution, fault protection and energy efficiency

Solid understanding of Australian Standards including AS/NZS 3000 and NCC

Experience with BIM, Revit MEP or Navisworks is advantageous
