Working closely with the CFO and broader finance team, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance systems roadmap, workflow automation, and emerging AI technologies to deliver an uplift in efficiency and drive strong business outcomes.

Description

- Lead the optimisation of the NetSuite environment, ensuring the platform delivers greater efficiency, automation, and business value across the finance function.
- Review and improve core finance processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Accounting, reducing manual effort and system workarounds.
- Assess NetSuite's functionality across multiple entities and identify opportunities for alignment, standardisation, and process improvement across both entities.
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to redesign workflows and embed more efficient, system-driven ways of working.
- Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert, driving ongoing enhancements, best practice utilisation, and user adoption.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement workflow automation, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data visibility to support more informed decision-making across the business.
- Own and drive the finance systems optimisation roadmap, proactively delivering continuous improvement initiatives and measurable efficiency gains.

Profile

- Proven experience working with NetSuite in a finance systems, ERP optimisation,



or finance transformation role, with a strong understanding of core finance processes.
- CA or CPA qualified, with the ability to combine commercial accounting knowledge with systems and process improvement expertise.
- Demonstrated success identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and delivering automation initiatives that create measurable business value.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across finance and operational teams.
- Proactive and hands-on, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives from concept through to delivery.
- A naturally curious mindset with an interest in leveraging emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
- Immediate or short notice availability is a bonus
