The role

This role sits at the heart of how GPT understands, communicates, and acts on its financial performance and outlook.

Working closely with the Head of FP&A;, it spans the full breadth of the function, encompassing Group forecasting and budgeting, transaction and scenario analysis, and performance insight, translating the Group's numbers into a compelling narrative for the CFO, Board, and market.

Beyond the day-to-day, the role carries real responsibility for shaping FP&A;'s future: leveraging AI and automation to continuously evolve how the function operates and delivers value.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Head of FP&A; to own delivery and continuously improve the Group budgeting and forecasting cycle end-to-end, coordinating inputs across Asset & Funds Finance, Group Finance, Treasury and sector finance teams

- Analyse and synthesise the Group's results and outlook, shaping the narrative presented to the Board and senior leadership; monitoring market and peer trends to support the external results and guidance process alongside Investor Relations

- Shape and continuously improve the Group's performance and profitability reporting and insight

- Design and deliver scenario analysis across forecasts,



transactions and strategic decisions, applying base, upside and downside cases that capture global market impacts and interdependencies, translating findings into clear insights for management and the Board

- Analyse complex transaction structures and their financial impact, contributing to IC and Board papers as a collaborative partner; shaping the narrative, ensuring consistency with the Group story and engaging across Heads of Finance, Fund Managers, Corporate Development and Capital and Transactions teams

- Drive the embedding of AI and automation across FP&A;, developing standardised models, templates and tools that lift the quality and efficiency of the function's output while championing analytical best practice across the broader finance team

What makes you stand out You'll be an accomplished finance professional with deep FP&A; expertise and the credibility to operate at the most senior levels of the business. Specifically, we're looking for:
- CA or CFA qualified with 7-10+ years in FP&A; or similar roles, with exposure to Group-level forecasting, budgeting and analysis

- Experience in real estate or funds management

- Comfortable reviewing complex transaction structures, assessing financial impacts and contributing to investment papers

- A critical thinker who thrives on ambiguous, novel problems and adapts their analysis accordingly

- A credible communicator and influencer who can distil complex analysis into clear, decision-ready outputs for senior audiences





- Someone who operates with autonomy and brings strong financial modelling capability

- AI-forward in your approach, actively applying AI tools to enhance finance processes and outputs
