The Role
Open to Associates, Senior Associates and Special Counsel, this role will see you working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of administrative law and litigation matters, including:
- Managing a caseload of merits and judicial review matters
- Acting for government and regulatory bodies in tribunal and court proceedings
- Drafting advice, submissions, and litigation strategies
- Preparing evidence and key court/tribunal documentation
- Undertaking advocacy in tribunal and lower court settings (where appropriate)
- Instructing counsel and assisting with hearings
You’ll gain meaningful client exposure and play a hands-on role across the lifecycle of matters.
About You
- 2–10 PQE with experience in litigation and/or public/administrative law
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management ability
- Interest in advocacy and developing court/tribunal experience
- Motivated to grow your career in a high-performing team
