As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner within our People, Communications and Workplace team, you will influence workforce decisions that shape the future of eHealth NSW. Working closely with executive leaders, you will deliver strategic workforce initiatives, provide expert people and culture advice, champion data-driven decision making, and lead workforce transformation programs that strengthen organisational capability and support the delivery of better health outcomes across NSW.
In this role, you will:
Partner with executives and senior leaders to deliver strategic workforce advice and influence key people decisions.
Lead workforce strategies that strengthen organisational capability, drive change, and support future workforce needs.
Drive workforce transformation and enterprise-wide initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness and workforce sustainability.
Leverage workforce analytics and insights to inform strategic planning, decision-making, and organisational outcomes.
Coach leaders and HR professionals to build capability, foster best practice, and support a high-performing culture View the position description here About You
You’ll be someone who
Brings tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent skilled experience.
Possesses sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and contemporary HR practices.
Experience providing strategic workforce advice and leading workforce planning, organisational change, and people initiatives in partnership with senior leaders.
Excels at building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders across complex and diverse environments.
