Title: ITSM Consultant

Location: Sydney

Permanent Role.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize IT service management processes, including Major incident, problem, change, and release management.

- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules to align with business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service improvement opportunities and implement solutions.

- Conduct regular reviews of ITSM processes and metrics to ensure compliance with ITIL standards.

- Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on ITSM tools and processes.

- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.

- Prepare and present reports on IT service performance and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT service management.

Mandatory Skills:

- Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)



principles and practices.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, including configuration and administration.

- Experience with ITIL framework and certification (ITIL v3 or v4).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.

- Familiarity with IT asset management and configuration management.

- Experience in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in IT service management or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in ITSM or ServiceNow are a plus
