WE PAY WEEKLY An exciting opportunity exists for multiple experienced Infrastructure Engineers to support a large-scale desktop modernisation and endpoint management program. Working within a collaborative project environment, you will play a key role in application packaging, Windows 11 device management, and the transition to modern cloud-based endpoint solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, and endpoint management expertise who are passionate about delivering secure, modern workplace technology solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will contribute to the deployment and management of modern Windows 11 environments, ensuring applications, configurations, and endpoint services are maintained, secure, and operating efficiently.
You will work closely with project teams, infrastructure specialists, cyber security stakeholders, and service providers to deliver a seamless desktop experience across the enterprise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Package, test, and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune (Win32 and MSIX).
- Configure and manage Intune device management and endpoint configuration policies.
- Maintain application lifecycle management, updates, and patching for Windows 11 devices.
- Support the transition of hybrid-joined devices to Entra ID joined Windows 11 environments with passwordless authentication.
- Review and enhance Windows Autopilot deployment processes and automation.
- Configure and support endpoint security, compliance, and desktop hardening controls.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational support.
- Provide Level 3 support for application packaging and endpoint management services.
- Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
- Support release, change, and incident management activities associated with application deployments.
- Collaborate across technical teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
