Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Integration Consultant to join our ever-evolving Information Technology team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What You’ll Own The purpose of the Senior Integration Consultant is to ensure that the Payments’ products service functionality is properly documented and selected to meet the partner’s specifications and requirements, resulting in a fully successful deployment of Global Payments Integration. This role also partners closely with the Partner Acquisition Team to drive solution design, documenting best practice and integration guardrails in the form of a scope of work, setting the customer up for success.

Key Accountabilities Integration Delivery & Implementation

Lead end-to-end API integration implementations and certification for enterprise merchants and ISV partners Configure and manage technical sandboxes, testing, and onboarding workflows Execute implementations aligned to SOWs, scope, and integration design

Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, validation, QA, and go-live readiness Ensure integrations meet product, compliance, and go-to-market requirements

Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation throughout the delivery lifecycle

Presales & Customer Discovery

Lead technical discovery workshops with partners and enterprise customers to gather business and integration requirements Partner with Sales during RFI/RFP processes, deal qualification, and solution shaping Act as a trusted advisor in defining customer success criteria and technical approach

Deliver technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution walkthroughs Support revenue growth by aligning solutions to commercial strategy and customer outcomes

Solution Architecture (API-First)

Design scalable, API-first architectures for payment and platform integrations

Define integration patterns, data flows, authentication models, and system interactions

Lead solution and architecture workshops with partner engineering teams

Ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, reusable, and aligned to product capabilities

Provide thought leadership on API design, integration strategies, and best practices

Contribute to architecture templates, documentation, and reusable patterns Statement of Work (SOW) & Solution Definition

Own and contribute to SOW creation, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and assumptions

Provide effort estimation, delivery planning, and technical validation





Ensure alignment between customer expectations, commercial outcomes, and delivery feasibility

Clearly define scope boundaries and integration constraints

Partner & Stakeholder Management

Act as the technical voice of the partner internally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations Build strong, long-term relationships with ISVs, enterprise customers, and stakeholders

Communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-level stakeholders

Provide proactive updates, manage expectations, and drive alignment

Continuous Improvement & Go-to-Market Enablement

Provide feedback to Product teams to influence API roadmap and enhancements Identify opportunities to optimise integration patterns and onboarding processes

Contribute to GTM strategy and partner enablement through API solutions Develop documentation, knowledge base content, and training materials Mentor junior team members and support capability uplift In addition to the duties listed above all staff are expected to: Respect and abide by the vision, mission and values of the organization;

Carry out general administrative functions related to their role and to the effective and efficient functioning of the company as a whole. This will include the use of computer-based calendar and information management systems. This role is required to work with different teams across different geographies and time zones to deliver business outcomes.

As such, the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times. Other related duties as assigned.



Induction training relating to policy and procedures, workplace health and safety and administrative systems will be provided to successful candidates on appointment.

Additional training in relation to IT systems and software will also be provided to successful candidates where necessary. What You’ll Bring Essential Skills and Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with APIs including RESTful, JSON/XML, Authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys, Basic Auth), Webhooks and event-driven patterns

Proven experience delivering API-led integrations and partner onboarding within SaaS, fintech, or complex enterprise environments

Strong experience in solution architecture and system integration design

Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery and architecture conversations Experience supporting presales and customer-facing engagements

Expertise in SOW creation, scoping, and estimation

Experience with API tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI Understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns

Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS platforms and enterprise system landscapes

Strong commercial acumen and ability to align solutions to business outcomes Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences Proven stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting experience

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capability

Ability to operate across sales, architecture, and delivery seamlessly Experience working with ISV partners and platform integrations Desired Skills and Experience: Basic SQL/data analysis capability Payments, fintech, or high-volume transaction environments
