Role: Senior IP Telephony & Endpoint Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Unified Communications & Telephony

- Design, implement, and support Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Cisco IP PBX, SBC, and SIP-based VoIP solutions .
- Configure and optimize call flows, IVR, hunt groups, queues, auto-attendants, and voicemail services .
- Manage and troubleshoot SIP trunks, voice gateways, SBCs, carrier connectivity, and Yealink IP phones .
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using SIP traces, logs, and monitoring tools to resolve call quality and signaling issues.
- Execute user moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACD) across telephony platforms.
- Collaborate with network teams to ensure QoS, bandwidth optimization, and voice performance .

JAMF, MDM & Endpoint Management
- Administer and support JAMF Pro for macOS device management, security compliance, and endpoint protection.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device lifecycle management.
- Configure compliance policies, security baselines, device enrollment, and application deployment.
- Deploy software updates, security patches,



and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Group Policy, macOS security policies, and endpoint compliance .

Customer Support & Documentation

- Act as an escalation point for complex UC and endpoint management issues.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, inventory records, and knowledge articles.
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors for number porting, provisioning, and incident resolution.
