Role Overview

A senior, independent position responsible for managing residential mortgage applications from end-to-end, ensuring smooth processing from initial submission through unconditional approval and settlement.

- Reviewing, structuring, and submitting high-quality loan applications to appropriate lenders.
- Acting as a liaison between brokers, lenders, credit teams, and clients to manage queries, milestones, and documentation conditions.
- Managing post-approval requirements, coordinating with settlement agents and solicitors, and maintaining strict compliance and file quality.
- Providing senior-level support by mentoring junior staff, handling complex or non-standard scenarios (e.g., self-employed applicants), and improving internal workflows.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mortgage processing, loan administration, or a similar lending role.
- Robust expertise in residential loan processes,



multi-lender policies, income verification, and credit assessment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Success is measured by processing accuracy, turnaround and settlement times, file compliance, reduction of avoidable delays, and broker/client satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Education

- Bachelor Degree (Required)

Experience:
- Mortgage Processor: 5 years (Required)
- Sales & Marketing: 3 years (Required)

Language:
- Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese (Required)

Licence/Certification:
- Certificate IV or Diploma on Finance and Mortgage Broking (Required)
