Skills Hubs is seeking a professional, organised and motivated Senior Office Administrator to join our team in Maroochydore.
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day administration and operations of a workforce development organisation focused on the aged care and disability care sectors.
The successful applicant will be proactive, well presented and confident working independently. They will have strong administration and document-development skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

We work with care providers, registered training organisations, industry partners and communities to support recruitment, training, workforce development and employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book staff travel, accommodation and related arrangements.
- Develop, format, review and maintain professional documents, reports, presentations, forms and correspondence.
- Assist with reviewing, administering and filing contracts, agreements and supporting documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents.
- Attend meetings where required and record accurate meeting minutes, decisions and action items.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up outstanding actions.
- Maintain organised electronic records,
document registers and shared filing systems.
- Provide administrative support across workforce development, training and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Liaise professionally with care providers, training organisations, industry partners and other stakeholders.
- Assist with organising meetings, information sessions, workshops and events.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems, processes and templates.
- Provide general office and project administration support as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a senior administration, office coordination, executive support or similar role.
- A sound understanding of the aged care sector, disability support sector or broader community services environment.
- Strong written communication, proofreading and document-development skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience preparing meeting agendas, minutes and action registers.
- Confidence reviewing contracts, agreements and formal business documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative and take ownership of tasks.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other online business systems.
- The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Highly Regarded
- Experience working within aged care, disability support, community services, training or workforce development.
- Experience supporting government-funded programs or projects.
- Knowledge of registered training organisations or the vocational education and training sector.
- Experience using customer relationship management, project management or document management systems.
