We are currently seeking skilled and versatile Excavator Operators / Labourers to join our team for long-term sub-divisional projects based locally in Townsville.

/n

This is a dual role requiring a flexible attitude. While you will be operating 15 to 25-tonne excavators, you must also be willing and able to jump out of the cab and perform general civil labouring duties alongside the team when required. If you are a reliable employee who takes pride in high-quality earthworks and doesn't mind getting your hands dirty on the ground, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

/n

/n

- Operating 15T to 25T excavators for local sub-divisional projects (trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed excavation).

/n

- Performing final trim work (highly preferred).

/n

- Assisting with general civil labouring on the ground when machinery work is quiet or as project demands require.

/n

- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.

About the Candidate

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

/n

- Demonstrated Experience: Proven experience operating 15 to 25-Tonne Excavators in a civil/subdivision setting.

/n

- Willingness to Labour: You must be physically capable and happy to perform labouring duties as part of your day-to-day role.

/n

- Health & Safety: Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test and a comprehensive physical assessment.

/n

- Tickets & Licenses: RIIMPO320F - Conduct Civil Construction Excavator Operations. A current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and a valid Driver's License..

/n

- Transport: Your own reliable, working vehicle to get to and from site.,
- Demonstrated Final Trim experience will be a significant advantage., + RIIMPO320F
- Conduct Civil Construction Excavator Operations.
