Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers flexible shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, courtesy bus, reception, promotions, and bingo.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons.

Available Departments & Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations.

/n

- Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed.

/n

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.

/n

- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.

/n

- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment.

/n

- Adhere to Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) requirements.

/n/n

Reception, Promotions & Bingo

/n

/n

- Greet patrons, manage enquiries (phone/email/in person), handle function enquiries, and provide club information.

/n

- Process new/renewal memberships, ensure forms are complete and accurate, maintain member records, manage batches and general reception/admin tasks.

/n

- Check ID and sign-ins, enforce club rules, handle transactions,



and elevate incidents or issues to supervisors.

/n

- Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events.

/n

- Encourage member participation in promotions and support the marketing team with promotional activities.

/n

- Safely transport members and guests to and from the Club within a 5km radius in a courteous, qualified, and timely manner

/n

- Hold a current NSW Driver Licence.

/n

- Take food orders and deliver meals efficiently.

/n

- Assist in food preparation and plating as required.

/n

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.

/n

- Provide friendly and prompt customer service.

/n/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.

/n

- Barista skills are an advantage.

/n

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

/n

- Current RSA and ARCG certifications or willingness to obtain.

/n

- Full, unrestricted driver's license for courtesy bus applicants.

/n/n
