Casual Brewery Production Operator | Award-Winning Beverage Manufacturer

Hawkesbury Brewing Co is an award-winning independent beverage manufacturer based in Lisarow on the NSW Central Coast. Proudly recognised as the Champion Medium Australian Brewery, we produce a wide range of beer and other beverages enjoyed across Australia.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for reliable, motivated people to join our production team and help produce exceptional beverages in a modern manufacturing environment.

About the Role

/n

This is a hands-on role working across all areas of beverage production. Experience in brewing or beverage manufacturing isn't essential—we're happy to train the right person with a robust work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

/n

Working as part of our production team, you'll assist in producing, packaging and dispatching a diverse range of high-quality beverages while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety and workplace safety.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Brewing and cellar operations

/n

- Producing and packaging beer, RTDs and other beverages

/n

- Operating, monitoring and adjusting production equipment

/n

- Canning,



kegging, labelling and palletising finished products

/n

- Cleaning and sanitising production equipment (CIP)

/n

- Receiving and handling raw materials

/n

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

/n

- General warehouse duties

/n

- Maintaining quality assurance, food safety and workplace safety standards

/n

- Assisting with stock control and inventory

/n

- General housekeeping and cleaning

/n/n
