Are you an experienced Pharmacy Assistant who loves people, retail excellence and making a real difference in the community?

Terry White Chemmart Mascot is seeking a passionate and motivated Part Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team.

/n

This is an exciting chance for someone who wants more than just a rostered shift; someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building loyalty and helping drive the success of a community pharmacy.

/n

The role will initially 3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to as the business grows.

/n

About the Role

/n

You will play a key role in driving front-of-shop excellence while also supporting dispensary operations when required.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Building strong customer relationships and creating loyalty through exceptional service

/n

- Taking ownership of front-of-shop presentation, category management and merchandising standards

/n

- Creating engaging displays and promotions with advanced merchandising skills

/n

- Managing stock ordering, receiving deliveries, checking invoices, stock rotation, and expiry control

/n

- Analysing category performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales

/n

- Supporting Webster packing services

/n





- Assisting pharmacists with dispensing workflow and customer service during busy periods

/n/n

About You

/n

We are looking for someone who:

/n

/n

- Has minimum 2 years pharmacy assistant experience

/n

- Is an Australian citizen or permanent resident

/n

- Has excellent communication, people and customer service skills

/n

- Has strong pharmacy product knowledge

/n

- Has advanced merchandising skills and a keen eye for detail

/n

- Can work independently while also being a strong team player

/n

- Is organised, reliable, and takes pride in achieving high standards

/n

- Has a positive, energetic personality and enjoys creating a great workplace culture

/n

- Is motivated to put in the effort required to grow the business and deliver outstanding results

/n/n
