About the Role

/n

We are seeking passionate Casual Educators to support our Glenwood South centre. This is an excellent opportunity for educators seeking flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact on children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

/n

As a Casual Educator, you will:

/n

/n

- Support children's learning, development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging

/n

- Provide high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment

/n

- Promote and embed child-secure practices in everyday interactions

/n

- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

/n

- Contribute to a collaborative team culture

/n

- Support inclusive and engaging learning environments

/n/n

What We're Looking For

/n

Successful applicants will:

/n

/n

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

/n

- Have previous experience working in an early childhood setting

/n

- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to child safety and the Child Safe Standards

/n

- Have knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

/n

- Maintain safe, respectful, and professional relationships with children

/n

- Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues

/n

- Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications

/n

- Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

/n

- Be available to work across centre operating hours (7:00/7:30am to 6:00/6:30pm)
