As we prepare to launch services in Penrith and surrounding areas, we're looking for passionate Personal Care Worker to join our founding Sydney team.

What You'll Be Doing

/n

Personal Care Worker

/n

/n

- Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting

/n

- Assisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment Supporting clients with meals, feeding, and hydration

/n

- Helping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearance

/n





- Offering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing

/n

- Performing light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment

/n

- Observing and reporting any changes in clients' health or behavior

/n

- Engaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing

/n

- Collaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality care

/n/n

What We're Looking For

/n

Personal Care Worker

/n

/n

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent

/n

- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

/n

- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

/n

- Must have work rights in Australia

/n

- A genuine passion for helping others and pride in delivering high-quality personal care services.

/n

- Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic

/n

- A desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veteran clients

/n

- Previous experience in personal care or aged care (preferred but not essential)

/n

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

/n

- Flexibility to travel within the local area to support clients in their homes

/n

- Preferably can work weekdays (morning/night shifts)

/n

- Availability to start immediately is highly regarded
