We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused person to join our Mackay team as a Customer Service Representative.

What you'll be doing

/n

Providing exceptional customer service at the counter, over the phone and via email.

/n

Processing customer orders and supporting sales activities.

/n





Building solid relationships with customers and helping them find the right solutions.

/n

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.

/n

Assisting with deliveries and day-to-day branch operations.

/n

Supporting stock control and maintaining a safe, organised workplace.

/n

Who we're looking for

You might come from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service, sales or another customer-facing role.

/n

Most importantly, you:

Enjoy helping customers and creating positive experiences.

Communicate confidently and build rapport with a wide range of people.

Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

/n

Are reliable, organised and take pride in your work.

Work well as part of a team.

/n

Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence.

/n

A Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential, we can support you in obtaining one.
