Green by Nature is seeking a motivated Garden & Green Space Maintenance Team Member to join our teams working across multiple contracts throughout South East Queensland (SEQ).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, being outdoors, and taking pride in maintaining high-quality green spaces across different sites.

About the Role

/n

You'll be part of a mobile maintenance team working across a range of locations, with different sites and jobs most days. Travel between sites is required as part of the role.

/n

You'll help maintain and enhance public and commercial green spaces, ensuring all sites are safe, tidy, and presented to a high standard.

/n

What You'll Be Doing

/n

/n

- Operating push and ride-on mowers safely and efficiently

/n

- Brush cutting, hedging, edging, and general garden maintenance

/n

- Planting, turf laying, mulching, and irrigation support tasks

/n

- Performing routine equipment checks and safe operation of tools

/n

- Completing scheduled maintenance tasks across multiple sites

/n

- Following all safety procedures, especially when working around changing environments

/n

- Travelling between different job sites across SEQ

/n

- Working independently or as part of a team depending on the location

/n/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n

- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance

/n

- Confidence using mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, and related equipment

/n

- Experience with planting, turf, mulching, or irrigation (highly regarded)

/n

- Current Manual Driver Licence

/n

- Construction White Card

/n/n

Highly Regarded Tickets (Not Essential)

/n

/n

- Working at Heights

/n

- ACDC Licence

/n

- EWP (Elevated Work Platform)

/n

- Working With Children Check

/n/n

/n

- Comfortable working across different sites and changing environments

/n

- Willingness to travel between locations as part of daily work

/n

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

/n

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

/n

- Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team

/n/n
