Beef & Bar Restaurant is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Wait Staff/ Waiter to join our dynamic team in Darwin. We are looking for a reliable hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and can work effectively in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide professional and friendly table service.
- Present menus and beverage lists and assist customers with selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay orders to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Set, arrange and clear tables before, during and after service.
- Provide information about menu items, daily specials and dietary requirements.
- Recommend suitable food and beverage options to customers.
- Process customer payments and operate POS systems and cash registers.
- Respond professionally to customer requests, feedback and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, responsible service and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.





Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar food and beverage service role is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to full time employment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
