Universal Store is looking for a driven and inspiring retail leader to step into a Full-Time Second in Chargerole. This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step ifyou'relooking to grow your retail leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

- Lead store operations and team performance.

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

- Support and coach team to achieve sales targets.

/n

- Execute VM and promotional directives.

/n

- Assistwith inventory management and stock insights.

/n

- Lead by example and uphold Universal Store culture.

Skills and Experience

/n

/n

- Previousleadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC).

/n

- Strong sales focus withabilityto motivate and lead a team.

/n

- Warm,



confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

/n

- Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.

/n

- Versatile, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
