On the job you will:

/n

/n

- Provide protected, high-quality, person-centered care to residents

/n

- Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals

/n

- Support residents' independence, dignity, and well-being

/n

- Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff

/n





- Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards

/n/n

What you bring:

/n

/n

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent

/n

- Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (Aged Care preferred)

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians

/n

- Valid Working Rights in Australia

/n

- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)

/n/n
