As a Business Fleet Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of clients across Australia, providing an exceptional customer experience while supporting their fleet requirements. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client enquiries, reviewing fleet requirements and quotes, and identifying opportunities to support and grow client relationships.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Managing a portfolio of business clients and acting as a key point of contact for their fleet requirements.
- Managing client inboxes and responding to enquiries via phone, email and Teams.
- Supporting clients with fleet quotes, profitability, replacement vehicles and payout figures.
- Assisting with servicing enquiries and providing general fleet support.
- Building solid client relationships and identifying opportunities to convert and grow accounts.
- Working closely with BDMs, Purchasing and Customer Experience teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
- Developing your knowledge of fleet management and financial services,



with opportunities to progress into future BDM or Relationship Management roles.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

- Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales or a similar client-facing role.
- A strong customer experience mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with clients and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A commercial and sales-focused approach, with an ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and enquiries at once.
- Good Excel skills would be advantageous.
- Fleet experience is not essential - we’re happy to train someone with the right customer and sales experience.
