Job Description

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing function, developing and delivering strategies that build awareness, engagement and demand across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to connect people with Novita’s services, purpose and impact.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and deliver the marketing strategy, plans and campaigns

- Lead integrated marketing activity across digital, content, social media and events

- Drive awareness, engagement,



referrals and service growth through targeted marketing initiatives

- Champion and protect Novita's brand, ensuring consistency across all channels

- Use audience insights, market trends and performance data to inform marketing decisions

- Oversee digital and e-commerce marketing activity, including website, email, SEO, SEM and paid advertising

- Work closely with internal teams, agencies and partners to deliver high-quality campaigns

- Support the promotion of key organisational, client and fundraising events

- Monitor campaign performance, report on results and identify opportunities for improvement

- Manage the marketing budget to achieve strong outcomes

Desired Skills and Experience

Education, knowledge, skills and experience

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations or similar relevant discipline

- Significant experience leading marketing strategy, campaigns and brand activities

- Experience across digital marketing, content, social media and paid advertising

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and advise leaders

- Strong content development, planning and analytical capability

- NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check is required before commencing in the role
